All items listed on the Bosstunes are in stock, if there is an item you are looking for and is not listed then please feel free to send us and email or give us a call

When will my order be despatched?
All orders are despatched the same day as long as we receive the order by 4pm on week days and 11am on Saturdays. Every item is send on 1st class recorded service which you should receive in 2 days, 90% of orders arrive in 1 day.

How do I listen to samples on the site?
All samples are mp3 format and can be listened to with any regular media player, such as Windows Media Player, Winamp, Real Player and iTunes.

Why do some items not have mp3 samples?
Samples are uploaded as quickly as possible on a daily basis, so if samples are missing for your chosen title, check back later.

How secure is my order?
Orders are placed through encrypted SSL connection, Sensitive information such as credit card details and customer records are not held on our web site.

Does the Warranty apply to me?
There is a twelve month warranty on all our equipment items except cart,needles and faders. This applies to all our customers worldwide. This warranty does not cover items if you have modified them
